Surviving Spring Break!

It's been kinda quiet with the older 2 kids gone. Leise was a huge help with the babies and was still able to have fun with her friends too! Yesterday we headed into Portland, with Hannah in tow, to spend some time with my dad. He took all 6 kids while I went to the bike shop for a fitting. Conner came with me to the bike shop and was in awe of the 12k bike that they have there! He did pretty well. He did ask a bunch of questions though. I hadn't seen that side of him before.

Anyway, when we got back to my parents Mike was there. We ordered pizza for everyone and then headed to the cool swimming pool. My brothers went with us and so did my nephew. The kids enjoyed themselves and it was fun to change scenery. So, a pretty fun day.

Now, today everyone is home again. So we'll see how this goes!

Oh, and we just found out that Conner made the American baseball team! We are very proud of him and know that he will have an amazing year with an amazing set of coaches. He will be coached by his football coaches from last year. He's a really good kid and this will be a lot of fun for him.

BTW, I see that no one felt "guilted" into leaving a comment on my PIF post. Thanks! I appreciate not having to make more hats or coming up with something else to do!!! Honestly, I appreciate it!
